These Terms govern your use of PocketLedger, including the website, account features, MCP server, OAuth integration, and AI assistant tools.

Using PocketLedger

You may use PocketLedger to record, organize, and report personal or small-business finance data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Not financial advice

PocketLedger provides software tools and summaries. It does not provide tax, accounting, investment, legal, or financial advice. You should verify reports before relying on them for decisions or filings.

AI assistant access

If you connect an AI assistant, you authorize PocketLedger to respond to tool calls within the scopes you approve. Write tools can create, update, delete, restore, or undo transactions. Review actions before approving access and disconnect integrations you no longer use.

Acceptable use

Billing

PocketLedger does not currently offer paid plans or checkout. If billing is introduced later, pricing and subscription terms will be published before users are charged.

Availability

We aim to keep PocketLedger reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using PocketLedger at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use the product unlawfully.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketLedger is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or financial losses from reliance on generated summaries.
