Common issues

I cannot authorize ChatGPT

Use the reset-login link on the OAuth page, sign in with the correct PocketLedger account, then approve the requested scopes again. Make sure you are not logged into a different account in another browser tab.

I used Google Sign-In but it did not work

Make sure Google OAuth credentials exist in the backend environment and that this redirect URI is registered in Google Cloud: /auth/google/callback/.

An expense was logged incorrectly

Ask PocketLedger to update, delete, restore, or undo the transaction. PocketLedger is designed to make finance write actions reversible where possible.

ChatGPT cannot see my latest transaction

Check that ChatGPT is connected to the correct PocketLedger account and that the approved OAuth scopes include transaction or report access. Reconnect the app if needed.
